Heat olive oil in large, deep saucepan over a medium heat, then add garlic and cumin and cook for 1 minute. Add onion and cook for a further 3-5 minutes or until onion is soft and transparent. Reduce heat to low, then add tomatoes and beans and cook, stirring occasionally, for a further 10 minutes.
