Wintery Smoked Chicken Salad

Put the (washed) salad leaves in a nice looking wide bowl or plate. Cut the smoked chicken in small strips, you could also tear it into chunks. Let the strips fall casually on the leaves in the bowl. Peel the clementine, put the wedges here and there in between the chicken strips. Mix the ingredients for the dressing, and sprinkle over the salad, leaving red blots on and in between the chicken and clementine.

- 150 grams mixed salad leaves
- 1 clementine
For the Dressing
- 1 tablespoon christmas chutney (See Nigella Christmas)
- 4 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 tablespoon white wine vinegar
- salt (to taste)
- pepper (to taste)
