Cream the butter and sugar Stir in the sweet and condensed milk. Add the flour and choc chips and stir to combine. Roll balls of the mixture how big or small as you wish. I usually use around a tablespoon as a guide. Place the balls on a tray lined with greaseproof paper. Flatten balls slightly with a fork. Bake in a 180 degree oven for around 8 minutes depending on the size. Use the first tray as a guide as to how long to bake. You are after just a tiny bit of golden brown.
Introduction
I call these my best friend Choc Chip cookies because my best friend who I absolutely adore gave me the recipe. It makes around 60 cookies depending on the size you choose to make. So easy and so yummmmyyy!!! You will love them!

- 18 ounces butter
- 12 tablespoons superfine sugar
- 1 tin sweetened condensed milk
- 4½ cups self-rising flour
- 18 ounces milk chocolate chips
