In a deep wide pan fry mince, onion and garlic for 5 min. Stir in peppers, pesto and tomatoes and simmer for 20mins. Cook the pasta, when ready, drain and add to meat sauce. Serve or Cool and freeze up to 3 months. Defrost at room temp, tip into saucepan add a splash of water and reheat for approx 10 min till piping hot
