- 4 medium charlotte potatoes
- 4 tablespoons butter
- 2 tablespoons brown sugar
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon nutmeg
- 1 teaspoon allspice
- pinch of salt
- handful marshmallows

- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Wash and dry the sweet potatoes, then slice them into ¼-inch thick rounds.
- In a small bowl, mix together the melted butter, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, and salt.
- Arrange the sweet potato slices in a single layer on a baking sheet and brush them with the butter mixture.
- Roast the sweet potatoes in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, until they are tender and starting to brown around the edges.
- Remove the baking sheet from the oven and sprinkle the marshmallows over the top of the sweet potatoes.
- Return the baking sheet to the oven and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, until the marshmallows are golden brown and puffed.
