Heat the oven to 180 degree Celsius Stir butter and cocoa in a bowl over a pot of simmering water till smooth. Beat eggs, sugar, flour until well-mixed. Add in cocoa and butter mixture, salt and vanilla essence. Mix well. Pour batter into a greased 11x8x3 baking tin. Bake 10-15 minutes until a skewer inserted in the middle, come out clean. Serve with cold vanilla ice-cream.
