Ingredients

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 3 tablespoons honey
  • fresh rosemary
  • paprika (optional)
  • 1 pinch of black pepper

Method

  • Cut the chicken breasts into two so that you have 1 side per person.
  • Heat a frying pan, and put a spoonful of honey.
  • You can serve it with some boiled rice or potatoes
  • Then put in the chicken and pour over 1 spoon of honey.
  • Sprinkle some rosemary on top and add the paprika and pepper.
  • Cook until golden brown from bottom side and flip the chicken.
  • Pour another spoon of honey on the other side if necessary so that each side is tasty and golden.

    You don't need to add more honey everytime you cook another chicken breast. Just add more when you think the honey is drying up. For a tasty appetizer you can use the same recipe but chop the chicken in small bites, wrap with bacon and close with toothpicks. Put in the oven on a baking tray for 5 mins or until bacon is crisp.
