- 1 kilogram baby potatoes
- 1 packet smokey bacon (back bacon)
- 200 millilitres olive oil (depends on taste)
- 1 large onion
- sweet and sour gherkins
- 2 egg yolks
- 2⅕ pounds baby potatoes

I found steaming a lot better for the potatoes, baby and salad potatoes are the best and it is really worth it to peel the skin off the potatoes as the bacon, onion and olive mixture will be absorbed
