Pre heat to 375degrees- Mix flour, baking powder, salt and sugar in bowl. Add a slightly beaten egg, milk and butter, stirring only enough to dampen the flour, the batter should not be smooth. Spoon into muffin cases and bake for 20- 25 mins. For Choc. chip muffins i add a couple of packs to batter. Blueberry muffins use half cup sugar. Reserve quarter cup of the flour and sprinkle over blueberries and stir into batter last. Wholewheat muffins- use 3/4 cup wholewheat flour and 1 cup white flour. I used this recipe to make blueberry muffins as it suggested that you could. However, there were no quantities given for the blueberries. It might be an idea to give a quantity.
