Introduction

i love eating at a restaurant called nobo in warsaw. they always have great food, drinks and the atmosphere always is great. the pasta they served was too good to be true. but you can't eat out all the time, especially at the end of the month, even if your husband pays for the both of you:) so, after a month of trying in my kitchen i finally got what i wanted. i recipe easy, good and fast to make. one of those dishes which taste great and they're best when you don't have much money left towards the end of the month:) enjoy:))

Ingredients

Serves: 3-4

  • penne pasta (depending on how much you need - the more people to feed, the more penne)
  • 4 tomatoes (peeled, de-seeded and chopped up in dices or slices)
  • 1 small chilli (I use the red ones you get by the packet at the market - freeze them and use them one by one, it's easier)
  • 2 cloves garlic (sliced)
  • pepper (freshly ground - 3 colours of pepper can do)
  • olive oil
  • 1 herb stock cube (Knorr brand - if you can't find it, just use other spices you have in your kitchen)

  • cook the pasta,
  • on a frying pan get ready the oil, herb cube, garlic and pepper fried a little, when the pasta's ready, throw it on the pan and fry for 5-10 min mixing gently so its a little bit crispy and gold at least from one side,
  • when you've got that, throw in the tomatoes, warm them up, they'll give some sauce that's yummy.
  • when you've got that part, its ready to place on a plate, add some grated hard cheese and gobble up:) it's ok to add some fresh spinach leaves with the tomatoes, a handful, they give nice taste too. voila!
