Sticky Ribs

Place the ribs in a large baking tray. Mix all the wet ingredients together with the sugar, once combined pour over the ribs and cover loosely with foil. Bake in a low oven, approx. 150 degrees / gas mark 2/3 for around 3 to 4 hours removing foil for last 20 mins to allow sauce to reduce. Enjoy!
Introduction
Braised Ribs in a delicious bbq sauce. Perfect for an easy mid week supper or even better for nibbles at a party! Ingredients look as though you are cheating but wait till you try it, you will make them all the time! Recipe creates lots of sauce, plenty left over to freeze!

- pork ribs 2 large racks are plenty to feed 4 people as a main meal
- 20 fluid ounces orange juice
- 2 bottles bbq marinade
- 1 bottle bbq sauce (smokey flavour)
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
