Chocolate Crinckles

Pre heat oven to 200C. Prepare 2 baking pans. In a bowl, combine all ingredients until well blended. Form dough into 1 inch balls or use a ice cream scoop. Roll in powdered sugar then put them on baking sheets. Bake at 200C for 15 minutes. Don't over bake. Center should be so soft. Enjoy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

- 3 cups all-purpose flour
- 1¼ cups unsweetened cocoa
- 2 cups sugar
- 2½ teaspoons baking powder
- ½ teaspoon salt
- 4 medium eggs
- ¾ cup oil (or melted butter)
- 2 teaspoons vanilla essence
- confectioners' sugar
