Boil potatoes hard. Put them in ice cold water. After 10 mins peel them and cut small cubes. In bowl put potato cubes, coriander leaves, salt, pepper, green chiles, and mix well with a fork. You can use Mixing Bag for that. At last add lime juice. Serve them in ice cream cups. Garnish with crushed wafers and pomegranate just before eating.
Introduction
Potato Chaat. This is a good appetizer also or this can quench your tongue / eyes thirst even if you are not hungry sometimes.

- sea salt (to taste)
- black pepper (to taste)
- 2 chopped green chiles
- ½ cup lime juice
- 1 chopped onion
