Wash Okras and dry them by patting in soft Kitchen towel. Remove the cap of each okra Make cut lengthwise in middle of each okra to make a cavity. In a bowl, add salt,turmeric powder, red chilli powder, dry mango powder and 1 tsp oil. Mix well Fill each okra with this nice masala. In Low bottomed non stick pan or tawa, add 3 tsp oil. Spread evenly and place on low heat. Putall okras and let them cook in pan for 15-20 mins or till crisp. Check in between and turn them upside down with fork.
