- 2 chicken breasts (marinated in balti spices to turn into |tikka - chopped into bite size pieces)
- pilau rice
- 1 lemon peel (finely grated)
- 1 bunch spring onions (chopped)
- 1 bunch fresh coriander (chopped finely)
