Stuffed Mushrooms Starter

Put cleaned mushrooms on a grill pan stalk side up drizzle with olive oil. grill for a few minutes. Alternatively pop them in the Microwave for a minute or two. Place three prawns on each mushroom then top with the Mozzarella and stilton. Place under a hot grill under prawns completely hot, cheeses hot and bubbling. Serve on bed of Watercress. Delicious!

Introduction
This was one of the first starters I made, at that point in life of sharing a girlie house and having dinner parties. Sure you must've seen loads of recipes already, but I love the tastes in this!

- stilton cheese (half as much as the Mozzarella, chopped)
- 12 large king prawns (cooked)
- 1 packet watercress
- 4 teaspoons olive oil
