Serves: 3-4
- 1 green pepper
- 1 red pepper
- 1 yellow pepper
- 2 tomatoes
- 1 onion
- 1 cucumber
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 pinch of black pepper
- 1 lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic (minced)
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ teaspoon ground sumac (optional)

Additional Information
This is a great salad to serve with most mid eastern and Indian dishes. If I'm out of sumac, I squeeze in the juice of 2 small limes. Not authentic, but tastes just as good.
