First mix the sugar, butter (or vegetable oil) and eggs to form a fluffy mixture In a bowl mix in the flour, cocoa powder, cinnamon powder, bicarbonate of soda and bicarb. Now fold in the dry ingredients into the wet ones and add honey. Beat the mixture well to avoid lumps. Now add the chocolate buttons and mix it. Line the baking tray and put the cake mixture in preheated oven at 200'C for about 10-15 mins.
Melt the chocolate and add in sugar and cocoa powder to it. Cover the whole cake with this chocolate icing. Decorate with white chocolate buttons or sugar coated colored chocolate gems.

- 1 tablespoon cocoa
- 4 tablespoons milk
- 1 packet chocolate (melted)
- 1 packet white chocolate chips
