  • 250 millilitres natural yogurt
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ½ teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 green chilli
  • 1 teaspoon fresh coriander (cut fine)
  • 200 millilitres water
  • ice cubes
  • 8⅘ fluid ounces natural yogurt
  • ½ teaspoon salt

  • 1 green chile
  • 1 teaspoon cilantro (cut fine)
  • 7 fluid ounces water
  • ice cubes
