Some butter or oil...fry the omelette, put aside... fry in the same pan the green of the spring onion, the chilli, and stir-fry a bit, then add the rice, stir-fry as you like it. Then add the cheese and if you haven't use a chilli, some pepper and salt..... Very addictive I must say!
