For the Pie Crust
- 1 packet pie sheets
For the Stuffing
- 50 grams cheese (cow's cheese)
- 1 packet vanilla pudding mix (mine was with strawberry pieces)
- sugar (to your taste)
- 3 eggs
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 handful raisins
- rum (to soak the raisins in)
- 200 millilitres cream
For the Above
- 2 eggs
- sugar (a little)
- salt (a little)

For the Pie Crust
- 1 packet pie sheets
For the Stuffing
- 2 ounces cheese (cow's cheese)
- 1 packet vanilla pudding mix (mine was with strawberry pieces)
- sugar (to your taste)
- 3 eggs
- 1 pinch of salt
- 1 handful raisins
- rum (to soak the raisins in)
- 7 fluid ounces cream
For the Above
- 2 eggs
- sugar (a little)
- salt (a little)
- 7 fluid ounces cream

- let the sheets of pie thaw, as it is fragile and breaks easily.
Filling
- Mix cow's cheese with salt, sugar.
- Mix the pudding, eggs and sour cream until composition becomes creamy. Finally add raisins.
- Fill sheets. The package is about 16 sheets of pie. Split in 4. Get 4 layers superimposed, add the filling, carefully run and roll in the tray.
- Repeat with the rest and rolls. Well-mixed ingredients for the above. Cook in the oven for 35-40 minutes.
