Mix crushed digestive biscuits with melted butter and place into a large loose bottom tin and chill. Meanwhile, get a large tub of ice cream, mix with three very large spoons of very good quality peanut butter (prefer Kraft or Skippy) and cover over the biscuit and put into the freeze until required. Just before serving drizzle melted chocolate over the ice cream. Top with peanut and serve.
Introduction
Wonderfully trashy food. Very quick to make and always a crowd puller at parties. People will ring the next day wanting the receipt, expecting a complicated list and completely surprised, when you say how easy it is!!! I know it happened to me! If you have some ice cream left over, serve it in ice cream cones the kids love it!
