In a double boiler over hot water, melt the Mounds bars and milk together - then cool. Once cooled, fold mixture into cool whip and pile it into the prebaked pie crust. Refrigerate 8 hours or overnight. Top may be decorated with mini chocolate chips or shaved chocolate curls.
