Ingredients

Serves: 4-6

Metric Cups
  • 8 eggs
  • 150 grams caster sugar
  • 200 grams butter
  • 200 grams dark cooking chocolate (60% cocoa)
  • 60 grams flour
  • 8 eggs
  • 5 ounces superfine sugar
  • 7 ounces butter
  • 7 ounces dark cooking chocolate (60% cocoa)
  • 2 ounces flour

Method

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C.
  • Grease and flour a 20cm diameter round baking dish.
  • Beat the eggs with the sugar in a bowl until sugar is dissolved, then fold in the flour.
  • Melt chocolate with butter (in a pan over a low heat) then wlowly incorporate the chocolate into the bowl, stirring constantly.
  • Bake for 20min (until the top is baked, but inside still runny).
