Heat deep fat fryer to 190degrees/375F or fill large pan a 1/3 full with vegetable oil. Careful with the hot oil! Brush the pastry layers with the butter (both sides, a bit messy I know but samosas will stick in frying pan otherwise). Put the pastry layers on top of each other and cut length ways into 2 strips. Blend nuts in food processor add the apple and spices and mix. Put spoonful of mix in one corner of pastry and fold into triangle shapes. Repeat with 2nd strip of pastry. Deep fry for 2-3 mins until golden and drain on kitchen paper. Serve!
