Ham Steak With Cola Sauce

Combine Cola, Worcestershire, Tabasco, black pepper and garlic powder in a small sauce pan. Boil over medium heat until reduced by half. Set aside. Put ham slice in large frying pan over medium heat. Pour three to four tablespoons of Cola sauce onto ham. (Reserve extra in a small jar in refrigerator for future use.) Cook a total four to five minutes each side, turning every couple of minutes to distribute pan juices. Divide and serve.
