Bring water, oil and salt to boil in a medium sized saucepan. Add matzo meal, stir until mixture leaves sides of the pan. Let cool slightly and add eggs one at time. Bake in muffin tins or in rounds on a baking tray at 425 for 12-15 min then lower the heat to 375 for 25-35 min.
Introduction
These are simular to individual yorkshire puddings but without the flour of course. They are light and eggy and are perfect as dinner rolls. They are also great for making leftover lamb sandwiches.
