Serves: 4-6

Metric Cups

For the Crust

  • 300 grams sweet oatmeal biscuit (we call them bixit in Norway)
  • 100 grams butter

For the First Topping

  • 300 millilitres cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
  • 100 grams icing sugar
  • 1 tub cream cheese

For the Second Topping

  • 1 packet prunes (stewed)

For the Crust

  • 11 ounces sweet oatmeal biscuit (we call them bixit in Norway)
  • 4 ounces butter

For the First Topping

  • 10½ fluid ounces cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla sugar
  • 4 ounces confectioners' sugar
  • 1 tub cream cheese

For the Second Topping

  • 1 packet pitted prunes (stewed)

Method

Crust:

  • Put the biscuits in a plastic bag, crush them , add the butter and when you have mixed it, press it into a pie pan.
  • Let it rest in the fridge while preparing the topping.
  • Topping 1:

  • Whisk this into whipped cream Blend in 1 box Philadelphia cheese carefully and put it on top of the cake base
  • Topping 2:

  • Spread a packet of stewed prunes on top, at least an hour before eating (can you wait?)
