Melt butter in pan, add cocoa Stir in icing sugar (should be very thick, stiff) Add the espresso powder Remove pan from heat, crack the egg in and immediately start mixing with electric mixer. Return to heat and continue mixing till smooth and glassy Remove from heat. add broken biscuits and nuts Press into dish, so it rests about 2cm thick, place in fridge to set for +- 4 hours.
