Pput in the blended ingredients and coconut milk in a pot, let it simmer slowly, then add the chicken. When the chicken is tender, add in salt to taste. cook with low heat and constant stirring. After the gravy is dried up , slice the turmeric leaves thinly and add to the dish. Serve with rice or bread. Hope you will like it.

- 5 shallots
- 2 cloves garlic
- 2 inches piece of fresh gingerroot
- 1 inch galangal
- 5 lemongrass
- 1 handful dried chiles
- turmeric leaves
- salt (to taste)
- 1 cup coconut milk
- 14 ounces chicken
