Whisk eggs and sugar over a pan of boiling water till it thickens. Sift flour, baking powder and vanilla sugar together and fold it carefully into the egg/sugar mixture. Heat milk and butter together and mix into the batter, pour into a small baking tray (lined with baking paper). Bake in the middle of the oven at 200 C for about 20 minutes.
Mix the ingredients together in a pan. Immediately after the cake has baked, pour the topping over and bake for 5-10 minutes at 225 C.

- 7 fluid ounces milk
- 2 ounces butter
For the Topping
- 4 ounces butter
- 4 ounces unsweetened shredded coconut
- 9 ounces light brown sugar
- 1¾ fluid ounces milk
