Skin the almonds and chop finely. Whisk eggs and sugar. Add flour and cottage cheese. Whip the cream and add to the batter along with the chopped almonds. Pour into an ovenproof dish and bake in a 200 degrees C hot oven until no longer wobbly. If it takes colour too quickly, cover with a piece of tin-foil.

Introduction
A dessert we had on holidays in Sweden when I was a child. It is very easy, but a rather rich dessert. Serve with (blueberry)jam and lightly whipped cream.
