Ingredients

Serves: 24

Metric Cups
  • 200 grams butter
  • 250 grams biscuit crumbs
  • 750 millilitres chocolate chips
  • 500 millilitres desiccated coconut
  • 75 grams flaked almonds
  • 2 tins condensed milk
  • 7 ounces butter
  • 9 ounces biscuit crumbs
  • 26⅓ fluid ounces chocolate chips
  • 17½ fluid ounces unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 3 ounces sliced almonds
  • 2 tins sweetened condensed milk

Method

  • Line a deep slice tin with baking paper.
  • Melt butter & pour into lined tin. Sprinkle biscuit crumbs over the melted butter.
  • Top with Chocolate chips then pour over coconut. Sprinkle over slivered almonds then finally pour over the 2 tins of condensed milk.
  • Bake in a moderate oven (180c) for 20- 30 mins or until golden.
  • Cool - then slice when cold & enjoy!
