Chocolate and Walnut Biscuits

Pre heat oven to 180°C. Cream butter and sugar. Add vanilla and egg, mix. Sift in flour, cocoa and baking powder. Add in rest of dry ingredients. Roll into balls, and place on lined baking tray, and flatten with a fork. Place in oven and bake for 15 - 20 mins, or until firm. Place on cooling rack, and place in airtight container once cooled. Ice if you wish, with a plain chocolate icing. Enjoy

This is just is simple yummy recipe, not too sweet..so you dont feel so bad eating more than one :)

- 1 cup coconut
- ¾ cup chopped walnuts
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 egg
- 4 ounces butter
- 4 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
