Ingredients
Serves: 4-6
- 1 kilogram minced beef
- 2 cloves garlic (crushed)
- 1 small red onion (diced)
- 1 can kidney beans
- 50 grams dark chocolate (grated)
- 350 millilitres red wine (2 glasses)
- 1 tablespoon paprika
- 2 tablespoons cumin
- 1 tablespoon fresh coriander (dried or crushed)
- 1½ teaspoons cayenne pepper
- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (or 1 cinnamon stick)
- 2 tablespoons dried red chilli pepper (or one fresh diced)
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- 1 pinch of salt (to taste)
- 1 pinch of pepper (to taste)
- 100 grams tomato puree
- 2 cans chopped tomatoes
- 2⅕ pounds ground beef

- 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon (or 1 cinnamon stick)
