Preheat the oven to 175degC Mix together oil and sugar in a large bowl. Add the eggs and vanilla and stir until well blended. Carefully add cocoa powder, flour and baking powder and mix well. Grease a 20X20cm baking pan and pour the batter into the tin. Bake for approx 15mins or until done - a skewer will come out with only a few moist crumbs. Serve hot or cold, or even better with vanilla ice cream!
