- 1 shallot (cut into thin slices)
- 63 millilitres extra virgin olive oil
- 1 pinch of sea salt
- 1 pinch of pepper
For the Salad
- 440 grams smoked sausage
- 750 grams green beans (trimmed)
- 4 large eggs (hard boiled)
