I have found this fantasic for a party occasions, so easy but so tasty.

I have found this fantasic for a party occasions, so easy but so tasty.

Ingredients

Serves: 0

Metric Cups
  • gherkins or pickled onions (finely chopped
  • 250 grams cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon onion stock
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 2 tablespoons mango chutney or pickle (finely chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon cheese (grated)
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley or chives
  • 125 millilitres walnut pieces or almonds
  • gherkins or pickled onions (finely chopped
  • 8⅚ ounces cream cheese
  • 1 teaspoon onion broth
  • 1 teaspoon curry powder
  • 2 tablespoons mango chutney or pickle (finely chopped)
  • 1 tablespoon cheese (grated)
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh parsley or chives
  • 4 fluid ounces walnut pieces or almonds

Method

Curried Cheese Ball is a community recipe submitted by Lilybell and has not been tested by Nigella.com so we are not able to answer questions regarding this recipe.

  • Combine all ingredients except the walnuts & refrigerate for 1 hour.
  • Roll into a ball (i use tinfoil or b. Paper to add) & cover with nuts.
  • Refrigerate & serve with savoury or plain crackers.
  • (if you prefer the low cal option of light cream cheese pop it in a small bowl and cover the top desired topping - it won't roll)
