Sweet and Sauerkraut

Just peel potatoes and bring them together with the sauerkraut and some salt to the boil. Meanwhile fry the bacon in a hot pan (no oil or butter needed) When the potatoes are soft, turn off the heat and drain the water. Add creme fraiche (and some butter) and stir like hell to get a mashy and creamy potatoe/sauerkraut mix. Then just add the paprika, pineapple, bacon (including the fat out of the pan) and some pepper, that's it!
