Cook pasta to al dente Julienne onions and ham and cook in olive oil until tender Add crushed red pepper Bechamel sauce: butter, flour cook together a few min add milk, fresh nutmeg, salt pepper, add ricotta and parmesan mix to create a cheese sauce Mix all ingredients together with drained pasta in a pot and add frozen peas Cook together stirring until peas thaw, then serve.
