Cook the tortellini until al dente. Drain the oil from the eggplant tapenade and add it to the pasta Dice the onion, and cooked chicken breast Mix orange juice (squeeze), salt, chopped up basil and olive oil then add it to the lot. Mix and eat.
Introduction
Excellent cold pasta salad. Tthis recipe I invented in my kitchen when I was craving a cool food.

- pepper
- vidalia onion
