Divine Pasta Salad

Cook the pasta until just soft. Steam the cauli (and broccoli) three to five minutes only, and add to pasta. Chop and grate all other vegies and add to pasta. Add optional extra ingredients as needed. Mix dressings together and stir into pasta mixture. Serve warm or chilled.
Introduction
This is the perfect way to use up some winter veggies at the beginning of summer, and it tastes great!

Ingredients
Serves: 6-8
For the Salad
- 1 medium chopped cauliflower
- 1 medium grated carrot
- 1 medium grated zucchini
- 1 stick finely chopped celery
- 2 cups penne pasta
For the Dressing
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 3 cups mayonnaise
- 3 cups ranch dressing
For the Optional Extras
- 1 cup cashew nuts
- 1 medium blanched broccoli
