Mouth-Watering Short-Breads

First preheat the oven 180 degrees. Then get a tray and place some grease-proof paper over the tray. Next melt the butter in a bowl. While the butter is melting seive the flour in a bowl. Once the butter is melted mix the sugar with the butter until it is smooth. Then add the butter mixture into the flour and mix it with a wooden spoon. Start cutting your shapes in and shape you like. Place the short-bread cookies in the oven for 20-25 mins or leave in the oven till golden brown. Once they're out of the oven sprinkle them with sugar and leave them to cool ( atleast 5 mins ). Finally the best part is to sit and eat the cookies with a cup of tea. Hope you enjoy by Imaan hussain
