  • 100 grams butter
  • 100 grams Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 1 egg yolk
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 7 ounces flour
  • 3½ ounces butter
  • 3½ ounces Parmesan cheese (grated)
  • 1 egg yolk
