Mix flour, butter (room temperature),parmigiano, yolk and salt, if you need you can add a tablespoon of water. Make a ball and cover it with a plastic wrap and put in the fridge for 30 min. Use your cookie cutters to make biscuits. Cook them for 10 min at 180°C
