Cheese Sticks With Sesame Seed

Crumb the flour with the margarine, then add the egg yolk and the other ingredients except for the sesame seed and knead it. Pin it out 1/2 cm thick and spread the beaten egg white on the top and then the sesame seed. Then make sticks about 1cm X 4cm and put the sticks in a baking pan with baking paper. Bake until they are golden.

Introduction
This is my favourite salty tea cake - kind of, we don't have tea in Hungary, but I always make this if I'm expecting guests. Easy and you can eat them a week later as well - that is if there's any left.
