Metric Cups
  • 4 slices pork chops
  • 200 grams sausages (drier ones, if possible)
  • 1 red pepper
  • 250 millilitres single cream (about)
  • 150 grams smoked cheese (about)
  • herbs de provence
  • salt (if the herbs de provence does not contain it)
  • fresh basil
  • butter

  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 9 fluid ounces heavy cream (about)
  • 5⅓ ounces smoked cheese (about)
  • herbs de provence
  • salt (if the herbs de provence does not contain it)
  • fresh basil
  • butter

Method

  • Fry the meat on both sides quickly. Then put them in a Pyrex bowl.
  • Add sliced sausage, sliced pepper and grate the cheese on top.
  • Add the cream to the butter you fried the meat on, add the spices and give it a boil.
  • Cover the meat with the cream and bake for 20-25 minutes in hot oven.
  • Serve with rice.
