Put the liquid and icing sugar in a large bowl and stir until the sugar has dissolved. Add the cream and whisk until thick and smooth but not stiff. Fold in the grated chocolate. Pour into a plastic box. Put the lid on and freeze for at least 4 hours. Enjoy!
