Boston Salmon in Garlic Sauce

Wash the fish, dry it, sprinkle it with salt, pepper and thyme, add the lemon juice and brush with oil, put it in to fridge for 1 hour. Bake it in the oven for 20 m at 180ºC or on grill for 7-10 minutes per side. Peel the garlic, crush it mix it with cream cheese yogurt and the spring onions. stir it and add salt and pepper. Serve with California white wine.
