Tear up lettuce leaves, in a small jar add balsamic vinegar, chopped garlic, and salt, shake it few time's then add oil and shake again, sprinkle the salad with the cheese and cover with the sauce.

For the Mixed Lettuces
- 100 grams rocket
- 100 grams radicchio
- 100 grams oak leaves
- 3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
For the Sauce
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 clove garlic
- ¾ tablespoon salt
- ¾ tablespoon pepper

- 3½ ounces radicchio
- 3½ ounces oak leaves
- 3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
