Ingredients

Serves: 2

Metric Cups

For the Mixed Lettuces

  • 100 grams rocket
  • 100 grams radicchio
  • 100 grams oak leaves
  • 3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese

For the Sauce

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic
  • ¾ tablespoon salt
  • ¾ tablespoon pepper

For the Mixed Lettuces

  • 3½ ounces arugula
  • 3½ ounces radicchio
  • 3½ ounces oak leaves
  • 3 tablespoons Parmesan cheese

For the Sauce

  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic
  • ¾ tablespoon salt
  • ¾ tablespoon pepper

Method

  • Tear up lettuce leaves,
  • in a small jar add balsamic vinegar, chopped garlic, and salt, shake it few time's then add oil and shake again,
  • sprinkle the salad with the cheese and cover with the sauce.
  • PS if the radicchio will be having to much bitterness add some honey or dry fruits to the salad.:)
