Wash all off veggies. Tear up the lettuce, cut tomatoes in to 8th's. Cucumber in to half disks, onion in to half moons, all of it cover with oil and stir gently. Slice bacon, make it just little brown on a dry pan, cut mozzarella on slice's 5mm thin, and then cut in quarters. In two bowls make such thing as: B nb.1: B nb.2: mix the egg, mix the bread crumbs with chilli Now put the mozzarella in B nb.1 'n' nb 2 then put in pan and wait until it's gonna be brown, but not burned:) The Salad mix with the bacon, pinch it all with salt & pepper, cover all of it with chopped scallion and lay down mozzarella on it

Serves: 2-4
- 3 tomatoes
- cucumber
- 2 red onions
- ½ bunch scallions
- 9 ounces mozzarella
- ¾ cup minced breadcrumbs
- 1 tablespoon paprika (dry sweet paprika, minced)
- 1 pinch of chili powder
- 5 slices smokey bacon
- olive oil
- white wine vinegar
- salt
- pepper
- lettuce
- 1 medium egg
